When we feel overwhelmed, the mind tells us to that we have to move faster or get more done to feel better. Unfortunately, this usually has the opposite effect, adding to the overwhelm rather than soothing it. This exploration supports you in letting go of the stress of overwhelm, so you can get back into action in a more centered, relaxed, and clear way.
