Decision-Making #2 (Exploration)

Making decisions is something that we do every day. Usually clarity comes quickly and easily — and then there are those times when we feel stuck or stressed around a decision we are facing. We may feel fear, anger and even grief. When these feelings go unchecked, our view of what is possible becomes narrowed. We may even make a decision just get away from these feelings.

In this Holistic Release we go back and forth, welcoming apparent-opposites (e.g., resisting making the decision/wanting to make the decision, wanting to get it right/opening to the possibility that there is no right or wrong, allowing stressful feelings/opening to curiosity) at the same time until the tension starts to dissolve. This process opens our viewpoint to the possibilities that are here for us right now that we may not be able to see from a state of stress.
