Daytime Tiredness (Exploration)

Feeling tired can be inconvenient and can come with a sense that we don’t have control. Resistance takes energy and it can make us feel more tired, or more attached to this feeling of being tired and it can be thoughts like “this is not allowed” or “I should be able to stay awake”. We will do a meditation to welcome the feeling of being tired, and the resistance too. It *may* be even more effective than caffeine!
