100% Satisfaction Guarantee

The Welcoming Way events come with a 100% Tuition Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If you attend all days of the event in full and are not satisfied with what you have received, personally let one of the facilitators know that you are not satisfied BEFORE you leave the event and your tuition less your $50 registration fee, and less the value of any bonuses you received, will be returned to you.

Retreat/Workshop Refund Policy

  • All tickets are non-refundable BUT they ARE transferrable to another course.
  • All cancellations and transfer requests must be received in writing at hello@welcomingway.com.

Transfer Policy

  • Transfers requested more than 7 days prior to the event retain full value of amount paid. A credit will be issued that will be valid for 365 days from the date of the original event.
  • Transfers requested fewer than 7 days before event: A credit will be issued for the original amount paid, minus $50 Registration Fee. Credit will be valid for 365 days from the date of the original event

Refund Policy

  • Cancel 30 days before event: Refund, minus $25 Registration Fee.
  • Cancel 30 to 7 days before event: Refund, minus $50 Registration Fee.
  • Cancel 7 days before event: No Refund.

Coach and Instructor Services Purchases

Services purchased, which includes all coach and instructor purchases, are non-refundable.
