Recently, Sue Heilbronner and I recorded a podcast episode in which our stunningly open and honest guest, Fernanda Bertrand, shared how hard she can be on herself for her own judgmental thoughts. Had I been shopping for myself, I would have grabbed the less-expensive larger container, but a dear friend is staying with me, and these were for her. What should I do?
